We are Valley

Valley Juniors was established 2002 with a handful of teams. Under the direction of Club Directors, Jonathan Williams and Brandi Baylor, the club has grown to over 10 teams with players from Rockingham, Shenandoah, Page, Madison, and Augusta counties.  

Valley Juniors is a member of the ODR and USA Volleyball organizations.

  2. Foster a sense of community by promoting collaboration among directors, coaches, parents, and players.

  3. Elevate the standards of competition by providing our teams with exposure to higher levels of play beyond the local scene.

  4. Cultivate an environment where dedication, perseverance, and achievements are honored, fostering a culture free from the apprehension of failure.
